Feature Kitchen: Development Lifecycle
As workflows and agents become a part of critical business systems, they need the same rigour that gets applied to code: A review before it ships, a safe repeatable path to production, and a way to actually test it so end customers have a great experience. In this session, the team will walk through what we're building for workflow testing, reviews and promotion - what we've shipped so far, what's next, and the harder problems we're still wrestling with, like what "testing" even means for a workflow that calls an LLM.
Expect a real look at the roadmap, two or three directions we're weighing, and an open discussion - bring your example workflows, your biggest pain points, your near-misses, and your wish-list.
