Aarya Shah is the AI and Automation Lead at Tutero, a Melbourne-based edtech company, where he decides what becomes a deterministic workflow, what becomes an agent, and what each agent is allowed to reach. He builds the systems around AI models rather than the models themselves, previously working at VideoSDK on their open-source AI agent SDK. Based remotely in Gujarat, India, his default is a workflow; an agent has to earn its place.
