Phyllis Noester

Phyllis Noester is an Engineering Manager at n8n, based in Berlin. Her team owns identity and access across the product, which in practice means credentials, permissions, and the compliance surfaces around them. Right now they're working on letting workflows run with the credentials of the person who triggered them, and on the controls admins need as more people in an organization start building. She's convinced security and a good building experience aren't a trade-off: if a design forces a choice between the two, the design needs more work.
